For many years everyone have been considering the coconut oil something bad for our health because it’s a saturated fat. Twenty years ago, there was a campaign against the coconut oil in which they eliminated coconut oil from our diet, because it was unhealthy. After those twenty years scientific studies show that coconut oil is a compound made from medium chain triglycerides. This compound may be saturated fat but aren’t the same as the ones found in pork. This saturated fat are extremely good for our health and for our metabolism.
What can coconut oil do for us?
1. It’s a fungicide “will kill fungus that affect us”
2. It’s a bactericide “will kill bacteria”
3. Reduces the chance of getting infected with Herpes
4. Detoxifies the body
5. Helps our skin
6. People with a slow metabolism will get a notable increase in their temperature, this in a good manner(raise metabolism helping out people with hypothyroidism)
7. Will help you lose weight

Yes, coconut oil is healthy to our body. You can use it also for a massage treatment or as a base oil for an aroma therapy massage. I can still remember how my mother made coconut oil out of coconut when I was a child. Thanks for sharing and for following me.
