Personal thoughts

In my personal experience I know depression is something hard to handle that will affect you and your family or the people around you. But we need to search for new doors, new routes, we just can’t stay there doing nothing in our room. We should not hide our problems under alcohol and drugs neither it will just make thing worst, just seek for help and keep it up.
